Coaching calls are all about you. Some clients use them for accountability, others to ask questions, and others for exploring something that feels a bit "sticky." Remember, you're in the driver's seat here. I'm simply here to help you navigate.
A LOT! When we have the foundation of Mindset, it's remarkable what is possible in just 15-minutes. My clients often report that the 15-minute call was just what they needed. Many a breakthrough has happened in 15-minute calls!
There are NO contracts! You can cancel any time. In fact, I encourage you to. The Super You Mindset is about YOU having the autonomy to make choices surrounding your health + fitness that serve YOU. If you cancel your monthly calls you'll still have access to the Mindset course content for life so you can review and make use of the resources!
I see you. This approach is so counter-cultural. It goes against much of what you've learned about "health" and "fitness." So of course you're nervous. But here's the thing. You've been doing it the OTHER way for years (maybe you're life)...and here we are. Maybe it's worth taking the leap?
Great question! As much or little as you can devote. The content is dripped out one module per week (to help pace you). But some folks will explore the 12 modules over 12 weeks...others 12 months (and beyond). Remember: this is not a "get fit quick" scheme. This is a "land in body respect and authentic health" approach that will take you through the rest of your life! So lean in at a pace that suits YOU!
