Hi, I'm Gillian (she/her)!

I'm a wacky combination of body science nerd, passionate teacher and body positive champion.

I have a degree in Kinesiology (yup, like I said, body science nerd), a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and I'm a registered Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with specialties in TRX, spinning and yoga. And I've been helping others create a healthy lifestyle they love for over 20 years. But I haven't always been a jock or loved moving my body (I've struggled too!). Thankfully I'm now in a place where I can genuinely say I love and appreciate my body. And I'm passionate about helping others feel this freedom and confidence. Are you ready?

Got questions? I've got answers!

  • What happens in a monthly coaching call?

    Coaching calls are all about you. Some clients use them for accountability, others to ask questions, and others for exploring something that feels a bit "sticky." Remember, you're in the driver's seat here. I'm simply here to help you navigate.

  • What can you really cover in a 15-minute coaching call?

    A LOT! When we have the foundation of Mindset, it's remarkable what is possible in just 15-minutes. My clients often report that the 15-minute call was just what they needed. Many a breakthrough has happened in 15-minute calls!

  • What if I decide monthly coaching is not for me?

    There are NO contracts! You can cancel any time. In fact, I encourage you to. The Super You Mindset is about YOU having the autonomy to make choices surrounding your health + fitness that serve YOU. If you cancel your monthly calls you'll still have access to the Mindset course content for life so you can review and make use of the resources!

  • I'm nervous about taking a non-diet approach. What if I still want to lose weight/ change my body?

    I see you. This approach is so counter-cultural. It goes against much of what you've learned about "health" and "fitness." So of course you're nervous. But here's the thing. You've been doing it the OTHER way for years (maybe you're life)...and here we are. Maybe it's worth taking the leap?

  • How much time does the course take?

    Great question! As much or little as you can devote. The content is dripped out one module per week (to help pace you). But some folks will explore the 12 modules over 12 weeks...others 12 months (and beyond). Remember: this is not a "get fit quick" scheme. This is a "land in body respect and authentic health" approach that will take you through the rest of your life! So lean in at a pace that suits YOU!
