Feel inspired and be empowered by your health + fitness practices.
The Super You Studio is about helping you make that happen!
Over the years, I poured my heart, training, and lived experience into creating a body-positive, weight-neutral space for people seeking a different kind of health and fitness journey—one rooted in respect, compassion, autonomy, and joy.
As my professional work has evolved and I’ve transitioned fully into my counselling practice, these offerings are no longer the centre of my business. But they remain meaningful, helpful, and deeply aligned with the values that continue to guide me.
Rather than retire them, I’ve chosen to make them available here—free of charge—as a static Legacy Resource Library for anyone who may benefit. While I’m no longer able to update or edit these materials on this free platform, I believe the content still offers powerful guidance for reconnecting with your body from a place of kindness and curiosity.

These resources represent an important chapter in my work—one that shaped my understanding of what true well-being means. Even though my professional focus has shifted, I want this chapter to remain available to those who need it.
Think of this space as an archive of support: a place you can explore, learn, and take what resonates on your own time and in your own way.
Hi! I'm Gillian (she/her).
I'm a health + fitness coach with over 25 years experience. I'm a wacky combination of body science nerd, passionate educator and body positive champion.
I've got a degree in Kinesiology (yup, I told you, body science nerd), I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and am a Registered Personal Trainer, Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor. I love learning and am always looking for new tools to add to my toolkit!
Which is why in 2001 I went back to school to pursue my Master's in Counselling Psychology. Though I'm now a full-time therapist in private practice, my intention is to keep these "legacy" resources available for folks. My intent in offering them for FREE is to simply make them accessible and available for whomever they might serve.
A little more about me...and why this matters (to me):
When I tell people about my background, they usually assume I'm a life-long jock. But that's not my story. My relationship with my body hasn't always been a positive one. I spent a lot of my life hating the skin I was in and doing ALL THE THINGS that go along with that. Dieting, extreme programs, and ALL the fads and quick fixes. It was exhausting (and completely fruitless - enter the health and weight yoyo and a whole lot of body hatred). SIGH.
My relationship with my body (much like yours) is evolving. Some days I think it's rad, other days I struggle (I told you, I'm human). But here's what's different....
No matter how I'm feeling about how my body looks or performs - I respect it, deeply. And this body respect means I treat it with kindness.
I recognize my body for what it is - the vessel that is carrying me through this one and precious life. And that belief? It's totally game-changing!
I am so excited to connect with you and be your biggest cheerleader and greatest supporter!
The Super You Studio is a completely online resource hub and community grounded in the science of health and fitness and wrapped in the principles of body respect and self-compassion.
It's not about everyone doing the same thing - it's about everybody rocking their thing, their way!
That's right, imagine: you. ROCKING your health and fitness. Your way!
All content within the Super You Studio is grounded in a Body-Positive Anti-Diet Philosophy and is Health at Every Size (HAES) Informed. This means we aren't talking about weight, weight loss, inches lost, or anything to do with aesthetic measures. Instead, we focus on genuine health and fitness outcomes - tailored to you. Specifically process based outcomes that are more aligned with the health + fitness changes that align with your unique vision for your health + fitness!
Thank you for being part of this evolution. Whether you’re discovering these resources for the first time or returning to them again, I hope they continue to offer encouragement, clarity, and a sense of homecoming to your body.
