Read MoreI’ve had access to this library since I joined Gill’s SuperYou group. I love the variety of formats of workout videos. She even has some guest instructors to give exposure to different types of movement. This is actually how I found my love for a specific style of yoga I had never heard of before, and have been practicing for 1.5 years now! Gill’s style is motivating and I love how she sprinkles in plenty of science-based information into her classes. There are options for so many different formats (e.g., class length, some videos blend of multiple movement types into one like HIIT + yoga) that I can always find something that will suit me on a given day/schedule. I feel like I’m working out with a good friend when I’m doing her videos! I was also able to get back into running via her Run for Fitness program. After developing arthritis, I never thought I’d be able to run again, but with her program plus her excellent direct coaching tips, I was able to build a solid running base again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a huge variety of quality videos & other resources that are accessible to a huge variety of levels & backgrounds.
